Kelsar al-Owewi [also spelled Kilzar al-Eweiei], 18, was tragically shot dead on February 13, 2016 during an alleged attempt to stab an Israeli soldier near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the West Bank city of Hebron (Al-Khalil).
Kilzar al-Eweiei (18) was shot three times by Israeli troops, including one bullet that passed through her lung and lodged in her neck. A Palestinian state prosecutor in the Hebron District (al-Khalil) announced Sunday that a Palestinian woman [Kilzar] killed the previous day by Israeli forces could likely have been saved if Israeli forces hadn’t denied her medical care and left her to bleed to death.
